Synopsis: Fefu and her seven female friends gather at Fefu's house to rehearse a presentation for their charity toward school education. The play focuses on women struggling to define who they are and what it means to be a woman in a patriarchal society.

The story takes place in Fefu's home. The play is split into three parts, In the second part, the audience is divided into four groups to watch each scene --the lawn, the study, the bedroom and the kitchen, and then take turns to watch the next set until each group has watched all four scenes.
